These Terms govern your access to and use of the Amelia website and related B2B services operated by PoolHall LLC ("Amelia," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or contacting us about a data collection program, you agree to these Terms.

Business Services

Amelia helps organizations scope and run proprietary data collection programs through a network of signed-up contributors. Specific collection requirements, deliverables, usage rights, fees, timelines, confidentiality obligations, and exclusivity terms must be set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work.

No Automatic Engagement

Website content, calls, emails, and exploratory discussions do not create a binding data collection engagement. A program begins only when the parties agree to written commercial terms.

Website Content

The Amelia site and its text, graphics, brand elements, and other materials are owned by Amelia or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, modify, or use them commercially without written permission.

Confidentiality

If we exchange non-public business, technical, task, pricing, or data program information, each party should treat that information as confidential unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the site to interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, misrepresent your identity or organization, or violate applicable law.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is. Amelia does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Data collection outcomes, timelines, and deliverables depend on the agreed program scope and written commercial terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amelia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the site or exploratory business discussions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
